Accessibility Statement

MarginMax Solutions LLC is committed to making marginmaxsolution.com usable for everyone, including people with disabilities. We build for the same small business owners we serve. That means the site needs to work on whatever device, browser, or assistive technology you're using.

Our standard

We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). This is the standard most US accessibility laws point to, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

What we've done

In building the site, we focused on:

• Keyboard navigation. Every interactive element can be reached and used without a mouse.
• Screen reader support. Pages use proper headings, landmarks, alt text on images, and ARIA labels where needed.
• Color contrast. Text and interactive elements meet WCAG AA contrast ratios against their backgrounds.
• Readable type. Body copy is set at a comfortable size and line height. Text resizes cleanly up to 200%.
• Form clarity. Form fields have visible labels, clear error messages, and aren't dependent on color alone to indicate state.
• Reduced motion. Animations respect the prefers-reduced-motion setting in your browser or operating system.
• Responsive layout. The site adapts to phones, tablets, and desktops, and works in portrait or landscape.
• Plain language. We write in short, direct sentences. No jargon walls.

Known limitations

We're a small business and the site is built by one person. A few things we're still working on:

• Some pages rely on third-party services to handle form submissions and email. We chose providers that take accessibility seriously, but we don't control their code directly.
• Older content may not always meet the latest accessibility standards as they evolve. We update on a regular cadence.

Getting help or reporting a problem

If you can't access something on the site, or you need information in a different format, reach out and we'll get back to you within two business days. We can:

• Walk you through the information on a call
• Send a plain text or audio version of any page
• Schedule a consultation by phone or text if the online form isn't working for you

Ongoing work

Accessibility isn't a one-time check. We audit the site on a regular cadence and treat accessibility bugs the same as any other bug. If something isn't working, it gets fixed.

If you believe we have not adequately responded to an accessibility concern, you may file a complaint with:
